Cat pull-ups

You don’t need to have pull-up bars to work on your upper body pull strength. Simply find a wall that you can grab on, and do some cat pull-ups. It will also work your grip strength at the same occasion.

Easier progression: simply hold at the top without lowering

Harder progression: lift yourself explosively off the wall at the top
